摘　　要：目的:研究皂角提取物对心肌缺血犬血流动力学的影响。方法:结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血及梗死,十二指肠给药,测定犬血流动力学参数及心肌耗氧量。结果:皂角提取物对冠脉结扎所致心肌缺血犬有降低动脉血压(DBP、MAP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、总外周阻力(TPR)和心肌耗氧量(VO2)及升高左室内压(LVSP)、左室等容期压力最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)、冠脉流量(CBF)、心输出量(AF)和心脏做功(MW)的作用。结论:皂角提取物对心肌缺血犬血流动力学有改善作用。Objctive：To investigate the effects of Gleditsia sinensis extracts on hemodynamics and myocardial infarction in acute myocardial ischemic dogs. Methods ：Acute myocardial ischemic model dogs were established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery（LAD）. Gleditsia sinensis extracts was given to dogs through the duodenum. Some hemodynamic parameters were observed. Resuhs：Gleditsia sinensis extracts could decrease DBP,MAP,LVEDP,TPR and VO2, but raise LVSP,± dp/dtmax、 CBF,AF and MW after ligation of LAD. In addition, it significantly reduced the the areas of myocardial infarction. Conclusion ： Gleditsia sinensis extracts has therapeutical effects against myocardial infarction and can improve the hemodynamic conditions of myocardial ischemic dogs.
