藿胆丸中广藿香治疗鼻炎有效部位的研究

摘　　要：目的:对藿胆丸中广藿香治疗鼻炎的有效部位进行研究。方法:以藿胆丸、广藿香为阳性对照药物,分别考察广藿香不同提取部位的抗炎、抗过敏作用,筛选广藿香有效部位。结果:广藿香挥发油同时具有抗炎、抗过敏作用,作用强度均与广藿香、藿胆丸相当;广藿香水溶性部位和不含挥发油的脂溶性部位虽有抗炎作用,但无抗过敏作用,且抗炎作用强度均弱于广藿香和藿胆丸。结论:广藿香油是藿胆丸治疗鼻炎的有效部位。Objective：To screen the effective part in Pogostemon cablin for curing rhinitis. Methods：Huodan Pill and Pogostemon cablin were applied as positive control drugs to investigate different parts of the extracts on anti-inflammation and anti-anaphylaxis and screen the effective part. Results：Patchouli oil had the same effects of anti-inflammation and anti-anaphylaxis as positive groups. The water-soluble part and fat-soluble part without patchouli oil only had significant effects of anti-inflammation which were weaker than positive groups. Conclusion ： Patchouli oil is the effective part of Pogostemon cablin in Huodan Pill.
