100例糖尿病性玻璃体出血的治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种可普及的糖尿病性玻璃体出血药物治疗方法。方法:对100例120眼糖尿病性玻璃体出血患者采用卵磷脂络合碘治疗,服药后每周复查1次,观察分析其结果,共8周。结果:120眼,显效28眼,占23.3%,有效68眼,占56.7%,总有效率达80%,无明显效果24眼,占20%。结论:采用口服卵磷脂络合碘对糖尿病性玻璃体出血进行长期治疗可促进视网膜玻璃体出血吸收,有效提高视力,卵磷脂络合碘是一种治疗糖尿病性玻璃体出血及糖尿病性网膜病变可普及的药物。Objective： To investigate a kind of feasible drug treatment for diabetic vitreous hemorrhage in 100 patients. Methods： Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine was taken by 100 patients with diabetic vitreous hemorrhage.we observed and analyzed the results of the examination of eyes after the patients took medicine once a week for 8 weeks altogether Results： After treatment,the results of examination in 28 eyes（23.3%）were excellently efficient, 68eyes（56.7%） were efficient.The total effective rate could reached 80%.However, those in 24 eyes（20%） were inefficient. Conclusions： The long term treatment for patients with diabeic vitreous hemorrhage by taking Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine could promote the absorption of retinal and vitreous hemorrhage,which could improve visual acuity effectively. Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine was a feasible drug for treatment of diabetic vitreous hemorrhage and diabetic retinopathy.
