摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠双重造影同步排粪造影对复合型便秘的手术指导价值。方法:对32例便秘患者行结肠双重造影同步排粪造影检查,根据结肠冗长情况及出口情况选择不同手术方式。结果:直肠前突者20例,直肠黏膜脱垂及直肠内套叠17例,乙状结肠冗长26例,肝曲冗长9例,横结肠冗长7例,脾曲冗长7例;其他(包括器质性病变)1例。均行手术治疗,疗效满意。结论:结肠双重造影同步排粪造影对复合型便秘有重要的手术指导价值。Objective： Discussion the guidance value of Synchronous double-contrast colon defecation contrast to compound Constipation surgery. Method：32 cases of patients with constipation double-contrast colon defecography performed simuhaneously, according to Dolichocolon and exports of different surgical methods. Results： Recdoecle those 20 eases, rectal prolapse and rectum Intussusceptive 17 eases, 26 cases Dolichasigmoid, hepatic flexure lengthy 9 ca-ses, 7 cases lengthy transverse colon, splenic flexure lengthy 7cases; Others （including organie lesion） 1, All the surgical treat-merit of patients. Conclusions： The important guiding value of Synchronous double-contrast colon defecation contrast to compound Constipation surgery.
