钛合金熔模精铸ZrO_2(CaO)粉锆溶胶涂料层力学性能的研究

摘　　要：研究了ＺｒＯ２（ＣａＯ）粉锆溶胶涂层的常温抗弯强度和高温残留抗弯强度，并结合涂料层材料的热分析、受热线膨胀分析和断口的扫描电镜分析，运用多孔体强度理论，解释了工艺因素对涂料层强度的影响。Abstract The bending strength at room temperature and the residual bending strength at elevated temperature for the dipcoat layer of ZrO_2(CaO) powder and colloidal zirconia sol have been investigated,according to the analysis of TGDTA and TMA of dip-coat materials and SEM fracture observation of dip-coat layer,the effects of process variables on the strength of dip-coat layer were also discussed on the base of the strength theories for porous body.
