当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当飞利肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:选择慢性乙肝患者64例,随机将病例分成两组,治疗组34例,对照组30例,治疗组给予口服当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗,对照组给予口服乙肝清热解毒胶囊,两组疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗后两组临床症状、体征、肝功能变化均有好转,治疗组总有效率91.2%。对照组总有效率76.7%。两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组ALT、AST下降比较无显著差异(P>0.05),两组TBIL下降有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:飞利肝胶囊能有效改善临床现状,降低转氨酶,特别是退黄降低胆红素疗效显著。Objective： To observe the effect of Dangfeili capsule treated chronic hepatitis B. Method： 64 patients who had chronic hepatitis B diseases randomly divided to two groups. 34 patients formed a group treated with Dangfeili capsule; 30 patients served as control group treated with Hepatitis B Qingrejiedu capsule. The treatments of two groups were all for 3 months. Result： After treatments, the clinic status, physical status, liver function of the two groups were all better than before. In the group treated with Dangfeili capsule, the rate of total effect was 91.2%. In the control group, the rate of total effect was 76.7%.It＇s significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the decrease of AUF and AST of the two groups （P〉0.05）, while the difference of tile decrease of TBIL of the two groups was obvious （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Dangfeili capsule can enhance clinic status effectively, decrease transaminase and it especially can eliminate jaundice and decrease the level of brillrubin.
