曲美他嗪治疗老年2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察曲美他嗪治疗2-糖尿病合并心力衰竭患的者心功能改善的临床疗效。方法:120例病人随机分为曲美他嗪组和对照组,对照组给予降糖、吸氧、利尿、地高辛、ACEI或ARB、β-阻滞剂等抗心力衰竭治疗,曲美他嗪组在上述治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪30mg/次,3次/日。结果:发现曲美他嗪组心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪能改善2-糖尿病合并心力衰竭患的者心功能,临床效果较好,不良反应轻微。Objective： Observation of trimetazidine （Vasoel） in the treatment of 2 - diabetes mellitus suffering from heart failure of the heart function to improve the clinical efficacy. Results： Found trimetazidine group of cardiac function indicators are better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Trimetazidine can improve the 2 - diabetes mellitus suffering from heart failure of the heart function, better clinical results, minor side effects.
