摘  要:利用多弧离子镀技术在纯钛(TA2)表面制备TiN涂层,分析涂层的显微组织,测量表面显微硬度和表面粗糙度,表征涂层的成分分布和相结构;对未处理纯钛和TiN涂层作细菌粘附实验.结果显示:TiN涂层厚度为2μm,涂层的表面复合硬度为HK0.025694,表面粗糙度(Ra[μm]±SD)为0.17±0.08,涂层由TiN相组成;细菌粘附结果表明:与纯钛基材相比,TiN涂层能显著地降低细菌粘附.TiN coatings were prepared on pure titanium (TA2) surface by multi-arc ion plating method; of which the microstructure is analyzed; the surface microhardness and surface roughness are measured; the composition distribution and phase structure of the coatings are characterized; bacterial adhesion experiments are carried out to untreated pure titanium and TiN coatings respectively. The results show that. TiN coatings are built up by TiN with a thickness of 2 μm, a compound surface microhardness of HK0.025 694, a surface roughness (Ra[μm]±SD) of 0.17±0.08; bacterial adhesion results indicate, compared to pure titanium substrate, TiN coatings can reduce bacterial adhesiort significantly.
