摘 要:目的:评价磁共振液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)技术在结核性脑膜炎中的应用价值。方法:对38例结核性脑膜炎患者均行常规TSE序列T2WI及FLAIR序列检查,由两位有经验的医师分别独立进行分析,对比两种成像序列对结核性脑膜炎脑膜病变的显示能力。结果:38例MRI检查30例出现脑膜异常,共发现102处脑膜受累及,FLAIR序列显示脑膜病变97处,显示率为95.1%,TSE序列T2WI显示脑膜病变82处,显示率为80.4%,两种成像方法显示脑膜病变有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:FLAIR技术是一种能明显提高结核性脑膜炎脑膜病变显示率的简便方法,可以作为TBM常规序列而应用。Objective:To assess the application of MRI fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence in tuberculous meningitis (TBM). Methods:Thirty-eight patients with tuberculous meningitis were studied with routine T2-weighted rISE and FLAIR sequences. The two sequences were compared and analyzed by two experienced doctors separately to determine which was better for depicting meningeal lesions. Results: Abnormal meningeal lesions were discovered in 30 patients among the whole 38 patients in MR/examination, 102 lesions were detected with FLAIR sequences, taking 95.1% of the total and 81 with rISE taking 80.4%. Distinction between both of the above mentioned sequences was obvious ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: FLAIR sequence is superior to the conventional TSE sequences in showing the meningeal abnonnalities of TBM, and thus it can be recommended as the conventional sequence for TBM.
