摘  要:在Gleebe-1500热力模拟机上,采用两道次间隙式等温热压缩实验,研究了Ti-1Al-1Fe钛合金道次间隔时间对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在热压缩变形道次间保温停歇之后,流变应力明显降低,保温停歇时间越长,合金软化率减小;变形及停歇保持温度越高,合金软化程度越高。The effects of interval time on structure and properties of Ti-1Al-1Fe alloy during two-stage hot compression deformations were investigated by isothermal interrupted hot compression on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator. The results show that flow stress drops obviously after interval. The softening fraction reduces as the time of the isothermal gap prolongs; and the higher the temperature of deformation and interval, the higher the softening fraction.
