浅谈煤矿安全的法规和制度问题

摘　　要：瓦斯事故频发的根源,除人为、落后的技术和设备等因素外,矿山安全法规的不健全或许也是一个严重影响矿井安全生产的因素。介绍了一些国外先进的矿山安全法规,指出我国的矿山安全法规与国外的相比不足之处,并对矿山安全方面法规的修改和制定提出了进一步的建议,以求国家煤矿企业生产安全能够得到改善和提高。Several serious coalmine accidents occurred recently, which reduces us to finding the reasons. Besides the man--made factors and the poor geological condition, the distemperedness of coalmine safety regulation is an important factor which influenes the coal mine producing. In this paper, we will talk about the advanced coalmine safety regulations in foreign countries. What＇s more, we will compare the code of China with that of other countries. Then, we will give our suggestion and hope this would be helpful to China＇s coalmine corporations.
