摘  要:This paper reports our successful research work of raising volume load of a small-scalesteam evaporator by adopting vertical structure instead of horizontal structure. The twophase flow (steam and hot water) entry structure and the way of water droplets separatingfrom steam were discussed. A lamp type hood entry and a new efficient separator made ofstainless steel wire mesh were suggested.
