摘　　要：在对以政府投资和出口为主导的经济增长方式进行分析的基础上,探索了提高消费在社会总需求中比例的有效途径,并提出不断提高消费水平不仅是寻求可持续发展的必然选择,也是建立和谐社会、实现社会主义生产目的的客观要求。On the foundation of analyzing the manner of increase by the government＇s investment and the export, the article probes the manner of increasing consumption, suggesting that the raising consumption level can not only develop national economy, but also build harmonious society, and realize socialist production objective.
