摘  要:目的探讨脂氧素A4[5(S),6(R)-Lipoxin A4,LXA4]对同种异体心脏移植物存活的影响。方法通过Heron法建立小鼠颈部同种异体心脏移植模型。移植鼠30只随机分为两组:生理盐水对照组(对照组)和LXA4用药组(LXA4组),检测术后第5天移植心肌细胞凋亡指数和血清中IL-12含量,观察移植心存活时间和病理变化。结果与对照组相比,LXA4组显著降低了移植心急性排斥期心肌细胞凋亡和IL-12的含量,延长了移植物的存活时间,减轻了移植物炎症细胞的浸润。结论LXA4可以减轻移植心心肌细胞凋亡,延长移植心的存活时间。Objective To investigate the influence of lipoxin A4 [5(S), 6 (R)-Lipoxin A4. LXA4 ] on the survival time of the murine heart allograft. Methods Murine cervical heterotopic heart transplantation model was established according to the Heron's method. After operation, the 30 recipients were randomly divided into two groups: saline control group and LXA4 treatment group. The apoptosis index (AI) of the cardiocytes and the levels of serum IL-12 were measured at 5th day after transplantation in both groups. The survival time and pathological changes of the grafts in both groups were surveyed. Results Compared with the saline control group at day 5 after operation, the AI of myocardial cells and the levels of serum IL-12 in the LXA4 treatment group were markedly reduced, and the grafts' survival time in the LXA4 treatment group was significantly shortened. The infiltration of inflammatory cells in the LXA4 treatment group was significantly alleviated as compared with the saline control group. Conclusion LXA4 can depress the cell apoptosis of murine grafts and prolong the survival time of the grafts.
