摘　　要：指出模流分析技术在塑料注塑成型质量分析中的重要性。在对产品模具设计的基础上,应用模流分析技术对注射模具浇口、注塑效果、注射压力、注射压力下降和产品质量等进行了模拟分析。分析结果验证了设计的正确性,为改善设计提供了有益的结论。The importance of mold flow analysis technology is analyzed. Based on the mold design of a plastic part, the mold flow analysis technology is introduced to analyzing the quality the gate, the injection quality, the injection pressure, the injection pressure drop and the part quality. The outcomes verify the correctness of the mold design and provide guidances for plastic mold design.
