摘　　要：给出了一个数字化教学资源管理系统的实现方案。首先,通过介绍系统的总体结构、系统功能与构成以及系统的开发环境给出了系统设计。然后阐述了系统实现的关键点和难点,包括资源的分层管理和权限管理、个性化管理和视频点播的瓶颈问题。最后给出了小结。This paper gives out the Implement Scheme of A Management System of digitization Educational Resource. At First, the system design is been bring forward by introducing the whole structure of the system, the functions of the system and the development environment. And then introduces the key points and difficult points of the system including the layer management and privilege management, individuation management and the bottle-neck question about the Video On Demand. At last , a conclusion is given.
