摘  要:在电控柴油机上研究了喷油器突出高度、孔径、开启压力等喷油器结构参数对电控柴油机性能及排放的影响,并通过对比实验确定最优参数。试验发现,合理选择喷油器突出高度能够在油耗、NOx和烟度之间获得较好均衡;较小喷孔直径的喷油器对缸内气体流动强度的依赖较小,有利于柴油机低速性能改善,启喷压力从255bar提高到300bar对经济性影响不大,碳烟排放有所改善,但NOx排放变差。The effect of structural parameters of fuel injector such as protruding distance, nozzle diameter and opening pressure on the performance and emission of an electric controlled diesel engine is researched in this article. And the optimum parameters are determined through contrast experiments. It' s found from the experiments that the proper choice of injector protruding distance can attain a better balance between fuel economy, NOx and soot emission ; the injector with smaller nozzle diameter is less dependent on the gas flow of in - cylinder, and is good to improving the performance of diesel engine at low speed, with the opening pressure increased from 255 bar to 300 bar, which has little influence on the fuel economy; and the soot emission is correspondingly decreased. However, the NOx emission is deteriorated.
