摘 要:针对近似对称的两个窄长钣金零件尺寸大、精度要求高、定位凸点和翻孔较复杂的特点,提出了同凹模异凸模的新型的模具结构。首先,分析了冲压成形工艺,根据制件结构特点合理安排工序顺序。然后,对模具总体结构进行设计;设计中将2个近似对称的工件并排置于模具内,同时上、下料;加宽了模具前后宽度,增强了稳定性;采用弹簧上置的弹性卸料结构,实现平稳可靠卸料。利用定位板对冲压件进行准确定位。结果表明,该模具结构保证了模具生产的稳定性和可靠性,对多件共冲模具的设计有一定的参考价值。Aimed at the large size, high accuracy requirement, complex hull and flanging in processing approximatively symmetrical twin-parts with narrow and long size, a new die structure with same cavity and different punches was presented. The punching processing was planned, and the reasonal punching operations were designed according to the part characteristics. The overall die structure was designed, in which the twin-parts with approximatively symmetrical shape were parallelly located in the cavity. The transverse size was widened to improve the stability. The elasticity discharging was done by setting the springs under the top punch set. The guide plate was designed for accurate location of the workpiece . The results show that the die can ensure the stability and reliability of the production.
