摘  要:对水性油墨的胶体及其热解特性进行了研究.结果表明,两种水性油墨的平均粒径均大于150 nm,其表面负电性也均超过了-30 mV.模拟系统中当体系pH值为3.45时,纤维表面电性达到等电点;当体系pH值小于3.45时,纤维表面显正电性.热重分析表明,水性油墨与油性油墨都存在两个分解阶段,水性油墨在第一分解阶段将损失51.14%的质量,两种油墨的总质量损失分别为67.24%和82.46%.The colloidal and pyrolysis characteristics of water-based ink were studied. The resuits showed that the average size and Zeta potential of both kind of water-based ink was more than 150 nm and -30 mV, respectively. Surface charge of fibres reached the point of zero charge (PZC) at a pH of 3. 45 in the presence of surfactant in model pulp deinking system. Fibres surface charge would reverse from negative to positive as pH level was lower than 3.45. Thermogravimetry analysis showed that both of water-based ink and oil-based ink had two decomposition weight loss stages. The first decomposition stage of water-based ink would loss 51.14% weight with temperature lower than 100 ℃. The total weight loss of water based ink and oil-based ink were 67. 24% and 82. 46%.
