摘　　要：蛋白激酶Ｃ抑制剂ｓｔａｕｒｏｓｐｏｒｉｎｅ对ＨｅＬａ细胞周期的影响石法武＊任洪波张兆山＊＊王会信周廷冲（军事医学科学院基础医学研究所，＊＊生物工程研究所，北京１００８５０ＴｈｅｅｆｅｃｔｏｆｓｔａｕｒｏｓｐｏｒｉｎｅｏｎｔｈｅｃｅｌｃｙｃｌｅｏｆＨｅ...The effect of staurosporine,inhibitor of protein kinase C,on the cell cycle of HeLa cells was investigated.HeLa cells were treated with staurosporine (10 nmol/L) for 12 h,24 h and 36 h respectively.It is found that staurosporine markedly inhibits the HeLa cells proliferation.The inhibition is not caused by cell death or by the elongation of the cell cycle,but by the G 2 phase block,which is accompanied by the formation of high DNA ploid(8C).The polyploid cells suggested that staurosporine inhibits the cytoplasmic cycle but not the nuclear cycle,because staurosporine did not interfere the DNA replication.Further study indicated that the cytoskeleton of the cells treated with staurosporine has changed,suggesting that protein kinase C plays an important role in HeLa cells at the G 2 M transition.
