摘  要:采用拉筒法研究了温度及组分对KCl-NaCl-NaF-SiO_2熔盐体系表面张力的影响。结果表明:熔盐体系的表面张力与温度具有良好的线性关系,在740~900℃范围内,随着温度的升高体系的表面张力降低;KCl逐步代替NaF时体系的表面张力先逐步减小达到最低值,之后随着KCl含量的增加又逐渐增大;用NaCl逐步代替NaF时,体系的表面张力先逐步减小达到最低值,之后随着NaCl含量的增加又逐渐增大;NaCl与KCl的摩尔比为1时,随着NaF含量的增加,体系的表面张力逐渐增大。Slide method have been applied to investigate the impact of tempreture and composition on surface tension of NaCl-KCl-NaF-SiO2 molten system in this paper. It was shown that there has favourable linearity relation between surface tension and temperature. In the range of 740 ℃ to 900 ℃, the surface tension of the system is reduced with temperature rise. Step by step, substituting KCl for NaF decreases the surface tension of the system to minimum, then the surface tension increases along with KCl rise. Replacing NaCl for NaF reduces the surface tension of the system to minimum, then the surface tension increases along with NaCl rise. At the ratio of XNaCl to XKCl being 1, the surface tension in melts rises along with NaF increasing gradually.
