摘　　要：根据导流过程划分阶段的特点建立了一个串联的导流系统,利用两级模糊优选理论把不可公度的多目标转化为方案的相对优属度的单目标,再利用模糊优选动态规划理论建立了施工导流决策序列相对优属度总和最大法决策模型.算例验证了该方法的可行性.According to the division characteristics of construction diversion procedure, a tandem construction diversion system is established. Firstly the multiple objectives difficult to measure are converted to a single objective with relative membership degree by Two Stage Fuzzy optimizing theory. Furthermore, a construction diversion decision-making model of maximum aggregating relative membership degree is established based on Fuzzy Optimizing Dynamic Programming theory. The example proves the method is valid.
