摘　　要：从锡林针布、道夫针布、盖板针布、刺辊齿条、固定盖板和分梳板6个方面分析了现代梳棉针布的特点,通过对国产针布技术进步和行业现状的分析,重点阐述了国内外针布的差距及国产针布的发展方向,指出:国产针布虽然进步很大,但在先进性、可靠性,尤其是使用寿命方面,与国际先进技术水平仍存在较大差距;15系列锡林针布已接近极限尺寸;目前我国针布应将提高锡林针布的耐磨性、创新道夫针布齿型设计、加强盖板针布底布对钢针的握持力和钢针耐磨性作为发展重点,并积极开发后整理针布品种。Features of modern card clothing are demonstrated from technologies of cylinder clothing, doffer clothing, flat clothing, take-in roller wire, fixed flat and carding plate. Based on the analysis of history and present situation of domestic card clothing, its difference from foreign card clothing is described, and accordingly its development orientation is put forward. It is pointed out that, though China has made great process on carding clothing technology, its stability, especially its durability, is far behind those of foreign carding clothing. The domestic cylinder card clothing of 15 series is near its margin dimension. China should make efforts to improve the abradability of cylinder card clothing, innovate design for the tooth type of doffer clothing, increase the grasping force of base clothing of flat clothing to steel pins, and the abrasive resistance of the pins. Besides, new varieties of finishing clothing should be developed.
