社会支持与子宫内膜异位症患者生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持与子宫内膜异位症患者生活质量的关系,从而提出相应的护理对策。方法采用患者生活质量评定量表、社会支持量表(SSRS)调查120例子宫内膜异位症患者生活质量和社会支持情况,并与对照组(120名正常健康妇女)进行比较。结果子宫内膜异位症患者的生活质量、社会支持总分与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05);其社会支持与子宫内膜异位症患者生活质量呈正相关(r=0.635,P<0.05)。结论社会支持与子宫内膜异位症患者生活质量密切相关,在治疗和护理中利用社会支持可以改善患者症状、提高其生活质量。Objective To study the relationship between social support and quality of life（QOL） of endometriosis patients, and to provide information for corresponding nursing strategies. Methods A QOL questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were used to investigate 120 endometriosis patients（the patients group）, and the investiga- tion results were compared with those of a healthy control group（120 healthy women）. Results There were significant differences in scores of QOL and social support between the 2 groups （P〈0.05 for both） ; scores of social support of endometriosis patients was positively correlated with their QOL score （r=0. 635, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Social support was closely related to QOL of endometriosis patients. Social support of patients should be fully utilized to ease their symptoms and improve their QOL.
