水平井裸眼充填防砂配套技术研究与应用

摘　　要：疏松砂岩油藏水平井采取裸眼砾石充填防砂工艺,能够放大生产压差提高单井产能,减缓地层出砂趋势,延长油井开采寿命,开展水平井裸眼充填防砂配套技术研究与应用,解决了钻井准备、完井工具设计、充填泵注设计以及泥饼清除等关键技术难题,在现场应用取得成功。Horizontal wells in uncompacted sand reservoir used the sand control technology of openhole gravel packing which could expand drawdown pressure, increase the flow potential of individual well, slow down the tendency of sand flow and extend the life of well. The research and application of sand control auxiliary technique of open hole gravel packing in horizontal wells solve the technical problems, such as drilling preparation, designing completion tools and charge pumping, cake removing and so on. The technique is successful in field application.
