摘　　要：目的探讨处理不同类型特殊呼吸道异物的有效方法。方法回顾性分析67例不同类型特殊呼吸道异物患者的临床资料,并对其中2例典型的呼吸道异物病例进行分析和经验介绍。结果67例采用不同方法均成功取出异物,其中1例死亡,1例术后成为植物人。结论对于不同类型的特殊呼吸道异物,术前对异物种类及形状详细了解并选择相应的方法是取出异物的关键。Objective To explore an effective way for taking out different type foreign bodies in the respiratory passage. Method The clinical data of 67 cases were retrospectively analyzed and 2 of them were specially analyzed. Result All bodies were successftdly taken out, but 1 case died and 1 became vegetative person after the operations. Conclusion The successful key is to understand the type and shape of the foreign body before operations.
