摘 要:以国内外有关结构性能水准和性能目标的主要研究结果为基础,根据基础隔震结构的特点,结合我国《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001)的要求和基于性能抗震设计理论,将基础隔震结构的性能分为3个水准:水准1、水准2、水准3。针对不同重要性类别的建筑提出了3个层次的设防目标:一般设防目标、强化设防目标、重点设防目标。最后,将基础隔震RC框架结构的设防目标进行了量化。Based on the state-of-the-art about structure performance levels and performance objects at home and abroad, in accordance with the characteristics of structures with base isolation and the requirements of the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (GB50011-2001) and the theory of performance-based seismic design, the performance of structures with base isolation is classified as three levels: level-1, level-2, and level-3. Three levels of fortification objects are also put forward for various buildings with different factors of importance. They are generic fortification objects, fortified fortification objects, important fortification objects. The fortification objects of RC frame structures with base isolation are quantified as well.
