摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法、实地调研、综合分析法从完善社区体育组织服务网络系统和规范社区体育管理保障制度两个大的方面对九江市社区体育管理模式进行了深入的研究,找出了在"3+1"战略下适合九江市城市社区体育管理模式健康发展的科学模式。Through literature, field research, comprehensive analysis on the community sports organizations, improvement of the services network system and standardized management of eommanity sports proteetion system as two major aspects of Jiujiang eity community sports management had been studied and earried out an in - depth research to identify the ＂ 3 ＋ 1 ＂ strategy for Jiujiang City community sports management and healthy development of the seienthfie model.
