蚶形无齿蚌（Anodonta arcaeformis）血清、肌肉和生殖腺凝集素的初步研究

摘　　要：用6种动物红细胞和人的4种红细胞测定蚶形无齿蚌血清、肌肉和生殖腺凝集素的凝集活力，同时进行糖抑制、热稳定性、pH敏感性、金属离子以及EDTA影响试验。结果显示，血清凝集素对10种红细胞都有凝集作用，肌肉凝集素只对家兔红细胞有凝集作用，生殖腺凝集素对家兔和泥鳅红细胞有凝集作用。家兔红细胞对3种凝集素最敏感，凝集效价分别为2^5、2^4、2^6。当pH≤6．0时，血清凝集素凝集活力渐渐消失，肌肉和生殖腺凝集素凝集活性在酸性条件下比在中性条件下高；血清凝集素经80℃处理15min仍有凝集活性。3种凝集素在糖抑制等试验中，结果存在差异。Serum, muscular and gonad what extracted from Anodonta arcaeforrnis were detected for the agglutinations on hematids in 6 kinds of animals and 4 kinds of human. Meanwhile the sugar-inhibiting action, thermostability, sensibility of pH ,effects of metal hydronium and EDTA on the three kinds of samples were tested. The results showed that serum had agglutinations on 10 kinds of hematids ,the muscular only has agglutination on the hematids of rabbit,and the gonad had agglutinations on both rabbit and loach. The hematid of rabbit was most sensitive to the three lectins ,their agglutinating activities were 2^5 ,2^4 ,2^6 respectively. The agglutination activity of the serum agglutinins was gradually disappeared when the pH below 6.0. Muscular and gonad agglutinias had higher agglutination activity in the alkali conditions than in the neutral conditions. The serum agglutinins still had activity after exposing to 80℃ for 15 min. Besides,the three lectins showed different results in the sugar-inhibiting experiment.
