摘 要:用GB7886-87和GB/T5009-2003等方法首次对攀枝花及西双版纳产地的小桐子种仁提取油脂后的物质作成分分析对比,结果显示:蛋白质的含量分别为75.80%和78.09%,磷为0.68%、0.72%,灰分为6.5%、6.03%,粗纤维为0.73%、0.65%,以及提油率分别为56.15%、58.68%。西双版纳来源的小桐子种仁的总氨基酸含量为42%,其中谷氨酸为7.49%,天冬氨酸为3.68%,精氨酸为5.34%。攀枝花小桐子种子的蛋白质含量为43.75%,粗纤维的含量为39.50%,种子的提油率为43.30%。版纳的种仁蛋白质含量要稍微高于攀枝花来源的种仁。The chemical constituents from the seeds and kenels of Jatropha curcas L. collected in Panzhihua, Shiehuan, China and Banna, Yunnan, China were comparatively analyzed by GB 7886-87 and GB/T 5009-2003 methods for the first time. It showed that the protein eontents were 75.80% and 78.09%, phosphorus were 0.68% and 0.72%, ash were 6.50% and 6.03% , crude fiber were 0.73% and 0.65%. There were some differences in the two sources of Jatropha curcas L. The protein in Banna' s kenels were slightly higher than that in Panzhihua' s.
