摘  要:用高效液相色谱法测定冬虫夏草及其代用品中腺甘含量。采用Liehrospher RP-C18(250mm×4.6mm,i.d.5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长26nm。回归方程为Y=1869.8X-47.1(r=0.9998),线性范围:0.106~2.12μg,平均回收率98.8%,RSD=4.2%。该方法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,天然冬虫夏草和代用品中腺苷的含量差别不大,可将人工培养菌丝体作为天然冬虫夏草的代用品。In order to determine the contents of adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis and its substitute, a Lichrospher RP-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,i.d.5μm) column was used with the acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 260 nm. The regression equation was Y = 1869. 8X - 47. 1 ( r = 0.9998 ), linear range was in the range of 0. 106-2.12 μg, and the average recovery was 98.8% (RSD = 4.2% ). The method was convenient, accurate and reliable. The contents of adenosine were similar in natural Cordyceps sinensis and its substitute. Artificially cultured mycelium of Cordyceps could be used as the replacement of natural Cordyceps sinensis.
