摘  要:随着城市轨道车辆设计制造水平不断提高,电磁干扰已经成为车辆设计制造中不可忽视的重要问题,分析了产生电磁干扰的3个要素,对应电磁干扰三要素提出电磁兼容设计原则,依据这些设计原则和相应电磁兼容设计标准在大连金州线快轨车设计中做出相应电磁兼容解决措施。这些解决措施很好的减弱和解决了快轨车信息广播显示系统、监控系统、空调系统、门系统、制动系统等易受干扰设备的电磁干扰问题,增强了设备的稳定性,安全性,保证了行车安全。With the improvement on manufacture level of urban rail vehicle, the EMI which can't be ignored has already been the important problem in design and manufacturing of vehicle. This paper analyzes three dements of EMI and provides the design principles of EMC. In accordance of those design principles and proper EMC design standards, the resolving measures have been brought in design procedure of Dalian Jinzhou line LRV. Those measures decrease and resolve the EMI problem of PIDS, monitor system, air-condition system, door system, brake system and so on, which are so easy to be disturbed, and also enhance the stability and safety of the device and ensure the safety of vehicle's traveling.
