摘 要:目的确立没药超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验,用气相色谱(GC)法测定超临界CO2萃取物中β-榄香的含量,以此为指标评价工艺。结果超临界CO2萃取没药的最佳工艺为萃取压力25MPa,温度45℃、萃取时间4h。结论最佳工艺适合于没药的提取。Objective To establish the extraction process of myrrha by SFE- CO2. Methods The orthogonal design was applied to establish the optimum extraction process, GC was used to determine the contents of β- elmene for optimizing the process. Results The optimal process was as follows: pressure 25 Mpa, temperature 45 ℃, extraction time 4 h. Conclusion The process of SFE - CO2 is suitable for myrrha extraction.
