摘 要:目的优选茯苓多糖微波最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,用微波法提取茯苓多糖,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定其含量。结果微波法最佳提取工艺为加20倍量水,在1470MHz下微波提取15min,提取1次。结论微波法省时、简便、提取效率高,适合大生产应用。Objective To choose the optimal preparation technique of the extraction of pachyman. Methods By orthogonal test, the microwave method was adopted to extract pachyman. The hydroxybenzene- vitriolic acid method was used to determine the content of pachyman. Results The optimal extraction process of microwave method was adding 20 times water, at 1 470 MHz microwave extracting for 15 min once. Conclusion Microwave method can save much time, simplify manipulation and improve extraction yield. It is suitable for applying to industrial production.
