摘　　要：目的分析医院中药注射剂的使用情况,探讨其合理使用问题。方法对中国人民解放军总医院2007年中药注射剂的用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额、日均费用及其排序等统计数据进行分析。结果中药注射剂的用药金额占全院注射剂用药金额的6.5%,用药金额最大的为抗肿瘤用药,大多数中药注射剂的DDDs和用药金额同步。结论中药注射剂成分复杂,使用时存在安全隐患,医院应加强其不良反应的监测。Objective To analyze the utilization of the Chinese medicine injections in our hospital and to investigate their rational use. Methods To carry out statistical analysis of DDDS, amount of money and fee expense per day of the Chinese medicine injections in 2007. Results The amount of money of Chinese medicine injections to the total amount of money of injections in our hospital was 6. 5%. Conclusion The ingredients of Chinese medicine injections are complex. It is important to enhance the monitoring of adverse effect.
