摘　　要：目的了解活动平板试验在无明显器质性心脏患者群中诱发室性心律失常的情况，并分析其与预后的关系。方法178例患者接受运动平板试验，按亚级量Bruce方案进行。结果室性心律失常在运动试验阳性组中检出率高于阴性组，运动诱发室性心律失常的患者心血管病死率增加。结论活动平板运动试验是诱发室性心律失常的有效方法，并对预测心源性死亡有一定意义。Objective To explore the exercise induced ventricular arrhythmias in patients without structural cardiac diseases and analyse the prognostic significance. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients were refered for exercise test. Bruce protocol was adopted and ventricular arrhythmias were analyzed. Results The rate of ventricular arrhythmia induced by exercise in positive test group was higher than that in negative group. And patients with exercise induced ventricular arrhythmias had a higher prevalence of eardio vascular disease. Conclusion Exercise test is a effective method to induce ventricular premature beats and the exercise-induced ventricular arrythmias maybe used to predict the cardiovascular death.
