摘 要:装配线是广泛存在的一种制造系统,装配线的平衡与否直接影响到制造系统的生产率。在生产线平衡原理及改善方法的基础上,以工作测定为依据,分析某液晶显示器装配线的工作能力及平衡状况,对生产线进行瓶颈分析和平衡改善,并对改进前后方案进行对比分析,以达到降低瓶颈工位工作时间、提升流水线生产效率、提高产能的目的。Assembly line is a manufacturing system that is widely used. The balance rate of assembly line has great effect on the productivity of the system. Based on the production line balancing principle and improvement method, the work capability and balancing status of the assembly line of Liquid Crystal Display were analyzed according to work measurement. In addition, bottleneck analysis and balancing improvement were conducted on assembly line. Through comparative analysis on pre and post schemes, working time of bottleneck work station was reduced, production efficiency of flow line was increased, and productivity was enhanced.
