摘 要:通过比较4种大孔树脂对咸草总黄酮的吸附和解吸效果,筛选出适宜的X-5树脂,考察了咸草总黄酮提取液初始质量浓度、pH值、树脂用量、振荡温度、转速等因素对X-5树脂静态吸附咸草总黄酮的影响,以及V(乙醇)∶m(树脂)和乙醇体积分数对其静态解吸效果的影响.结果表明:当初始质量浓度为1.00~2.51 mg·mL-1,树脂用量为4 g,在35℃、转速为110 r/min振荡条件下,X-5树脂对咸草总黄酮有良好的吸附性能,pH对吸附的影响不显著;采用体积分数为60%乙醇,V(乙醇)∶m(树脂)=25∶1,其解吸效果较好,解吸率为75.73%.The appropriate X-5 Macroporous Resin was selected by camparing the dynamic total flavone adsorbtion and desorption curve of four types of macroporous resin. Effects of the initial concentration and pH of extract of total flavone, amount of resin, temperature and rotation speed of mechanical shaker on static adsorption, and effects of the V (ethanol) : m (resin) , ethanol concentration on static seperation were investigated. The resuits showed that under the condition of the initial concentration 1.00- 2. 51 mg · mL^-1, resin 4 g, 35 ℃, 110 r/min, the capacity of X-5 Resin adsorbing total flavone was favorable. pH made no difference to adsorption , the desorption effect was fine with 60% ethanol, V (ethanol) : m (resin) = 25 : 1 . The desorption ratio was 75.73%.
