摘  要:以南方常见的4种绿化草种(高羊茅、百喜草、狗牙根和结缕草)为材料,进行Mn2+胁迫种子萌发实验.结果表明:高羊茅种子具有较高的发芽率,可以作为城市绿化优选草种,Mn2+胁迫质量浓度在25~75 mg·L-1范围内对高羊茅的发芽率、发芽势等有促进作用,超过该范围则抑制高羊茅种子萌发;狗牙根种子受Mn2+胁迫影响最小,发芽势和发芽指数较高,可作为快速成苗和高质量浓度Mn2+环境中播种的种子材料.The germination tests of Mn^2+ stress on lawn grass seeds were taken on four kinds of southern common grass species (Festuca arundinacea, Paspalurn notaturn, Cynodon dactylon, Zoysia japonica). The results are as follows: Festuca arundinacea seed with germination of high percentage can be used as optimized lawn grass in town, and in the range of 25 -75 mg · L^-1, Mn^2+ enhances the percentage of germination and the germinative energy, but they are suppressed as the the concentration of Mn^2+ is higher. The germinative energy and germination index of Cynodon dactylon are higher, and the effect of Mn^2+ stress on the seed germination is very small. So the seed of Cynodon dactylon is suitable for using in lawn grass in the earth with much higher concentration of Mn^2+.
