SANTONI全成形无缝内衣机LVDT参数值对织物部分结构参数的影响

摘　　要：为了研究SANTONI全成形无缝内衣机LVDT参数值对织物性能的影响,测试在不同的LVDT参数设置值条件下,由18.2tex(32s)棉纱和氨纶包覆纱编织的一系列平纹添纱针织面料的线圈长度、线圈密度、塑性形变率等基本性能参数,系统研究Position值(密度调节值)与织物的性能参数之间关系;建立Position值与线圈长度之间的数学关系,确定机器顺利编织的Position取值范围,为产品设计提供基础数据的指导。The relation between loops and step motor LVDT of Santoni seamless circular knitting machines is discussed. Under the different values of step motor LVDT, knit the plain fabric which are made of 18. 2 tex（32s） cotton yarn and Nylon/Spandex covered yarn, then test their loop length, loop density and plastic deformation rate. Study on the elastic properties of knitting with different value of Position, and establish the mathematical model about the loop length and the value of Position. The interval range where machines can work better is determined, and it would be helpful to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
