摘　　要：介绍了一种角度传感器智能检测系统的柔性化设计方法,阐述了检测系统的硬件组成和软件设计方案。该系统基于虚拟仪器技术,具有高精度、多功能及低成本等优点,并已经应用于角度传感器的柔性生产制造中,使机械振动、温度测控等仪器检测更加开放、灵活。This paper describes the design of an automatic angle sensor inspecting system in the flexible manufacturing system, and analyzes the hardware structure and software design of the developed system. The virtual instrument system with high-precision, multi-functional and low-cost advantages is used in the angle sensor flexible manufacturing. Flexible system design allows applications in many industries, such as mechanical vibration, temperature measurement and control equipment, etc, and has a very good application value.
