基于“北斗一号”卫星系统的野外车辆行动监控系统

摘　　要：利用"北斗一号"卫星系统的定位导航和短消息通信功能,野外车辆北斗用户把自己的定位数据通过短信息的方式传送到监控中心,然后在监控中心北斗服务软件收集定位数据,并传给行动监控软件,行动监控软件根据车辆定位数据,在态势地图上以图形的方式实时地、直观地显示车辆目标,从而实现监控中心监视野外车辆的行动情况。Through utilizing functions of position navigation and message communication of the Satellite System of ＂Triones No. 1＂, the field vehicle users can receive position data from navigation system and send it to vehicle monitoring center by means of message. In the center, its service software collects these position data and supplies them to movement monitoring software. According to these data, movement monitoring software displays the vehicle objects on the E-map in real time. At the same time, purpose of monitoring the movement of vehicles can be realized.
