氟虫腈的合成研究

摘　　要：综述了农药氟虫腈的合成方法。以2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺和2,3-二氰基丙酸乙酯为原料经五步反应合成该化合物。总收率为56.8%。所采用的工艺路线操作简单,易于工业化,且减少了废酸的处理和高毒性试剂的使用。The synthesis of insecticide fipronil is investigated. The insecticide is synthesized by 2,3 -dicyanopropionate and 2,6 -dichloro -4 - trifluoromethylaniline in five steps. The total yield reaches 56.8% based on this method. The new method has the characteristics of easy operation, tindustrialization, and it is decreased the amaount of the waste acid and usage of hing toxicity recagents.
