摘　　要：运用实况录像法、文献资料法等研究方法对第29届奥运会女子体操比赛团体、全能和单项决赛前8名优秀运动员进行了对比分析。结果表明:女子团体比赛呈现中美争霸的竞争格局;成套动作的高难度、高质量、高成功率成为夺冠的关键;均衡发展突出强项、提升高低杠A分有利于增强全能竞争力;单项技术的发展呈现难度的惊险性、编排的新颖性及完成的完美性等特征,在不断加难单个动作难度、难度连接和创新编排的同时更加注重完成的完美性。Video watching and literature review are employed in this article to make a contrastive study between the top eight talent players of women＇s gymnastic team, all - round and single events in the finals of the 29th Olympic Games. Research findings indicate that in terms of women＇s team events, it is mainly the Chinese team and the US team who are competiting against each other. The key to winning the championship lies in the high degree of difficulty, high quality and successful performance of routines. It is beneficial to heighten the competitive strength to evenly develop all the items while emphasizing the advantaged items and find ways to increase A point of uneven bars. The development for single events displays such characteristics as the high degree of difficulty, novel choreography and perfect performance.
