健胃愈疡片治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健胃愈疡片对糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:选择90例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分组,其中30例予降糖治疗与健胃愈疡片治疗(治疗组),30例予降糖治疗与吗丁啉治疗(对照组),30例予降糖治疗(空白对照组),观察各组临床疗效、胃动素(MOT)及胃排空率等变化。结果:健胃愈疡片可以明显改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的临床症状,增加胃排空率,改善胃肠蠕动功能,明显缩短胃排空时间,有利于血糖(餐后2 h血糖及果糖胺)的控制;治疗组治愈率63.33%(19例),与对照组(26.67%,8例)及空白组(10.00%,3例)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);总有效率93.33%,与对照组(63.33%)及空白组(33.33%)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组疗效优于其他两组。结论:健胃愈疡片对糖尿病性胃轻瘫具有良好的治疗效果。AIM： To investigate the clinical effects and mechanism of Jianwei Yuyang Tablets in treating diabetic gastroparesis. METHODS： Ninety diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly assigned to 3 groups. Besides conventional hypoglycemic treatment, 30 patients in the treated group were given Jianwei Yuyang Tablets and 30 patients in the control group were given domperidone additionally, while 30 patients in the blank group, no additional drug was given. The clinical efficacy and the changes in level of motilin and gastric emptying rate were observed. RESULTS ： Jianwei Yuyang Tablets showed significant change in improving clinical symptoms of patients, increasing gastric emptying rate, promoting gastrointestinal kinetics, shortening gastric emptying time, which was beneficial to the control of blood sugar, including the 2 h postprandial blood sugar and fructosamine. The curative rate and total effective rate in the treated group were 63.33% （19/30） and 93.33% （29/30） respectively, significantly different to those in the control group 26.67% （8/30） and 63.33%, also different to those in the blank group 23.33% （3/30） and 10.00%, respectively （P 〈0.01 ）. The clinical efficacy in the treated group was superior to that in the other two groups. CONCLUSION： Jianwei Yuyang Tablets has favorable therapeutic efficacy in treating patients with diabetic gastroparesis.
