摘　　要：目的:寻找一种对过敏性鼻炎长期有效的方法。方法:采用针刺结合天灸治疗肺虚风寒型过敏性鼻炎,与西药组对照。结果:本方法能有效减轻病人症状、降低患者血清IgE、减少鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞含量,且一年复发率明显低于西药组。结论:针刺加天灸能控制肺虚风寒型过敏性鼻炎症状和防止病情复发。Purpose:To find a long-term effective method to treat allergic rhinitis.Methods:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment with pulmonary weak,and cold allergic rhinitis, and western medicine in the control group.Results:This method can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,with lower IgE of serum,to reduce eosinophil content in nasal secretions,and a year recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of western medicine group.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is able to control the pulmonary weak,and cold allergic rhinitis symptoms and prevent recurrence of the disease.
