摘 要:目的对中药石膏生、煅品进行定性分析并与其它类似含钙矿物药进行比较。方法应用X射线衍射法对石膏分析研究,并以X射线衍射法对中药石膏生、煅品与类似含钙矿物药的生、煅品加以区别。结果石膏生、煅品的X衍射图谱均具有很好的专属性,与其它含钙矿物药生、煅品区别明显。结论X衍射分析方法专属性强,准确可靠,可作为石膏等矿物药的研究手段。OBJECTIVE To carry out qualitative analysis of crude and calcined gypsum and compare them with medicinal minerals conta/ning calcium.METHOD X-ray diffraction method was used in the analysis to distinguish crude and calcined gypsum from medic- inal minerals containing calcium.RESULT The X-ray diffraction spectra of crude and calcined gypsum had satisfactory specificity and were obviously different from those of medicinal minerals containing calcium. CONCLUSION X-diffraction method is accurate and reli- able with specificity, and can be used in the study of gypsum and other minerals.
