摘 要:在汽轮机打闸或跳闸时,主汽门关闭时间延长的故障在许多电厂,尤其新机组调试过程中均出现过;以ND83/83/07-1型汽轮机的保安系统为例,对卸荷阀的工作原理,以及快关时间延长的故障机理展开全面分析和研究,并借助具体事例分析对此做了进一步阐述。研究结果表明:主汽门要实现正常快速关闭,必须保证,危急遮断油路工作正常,油动机的控制电磁阀性能良好,进汽阀的阀芯弹簧预紧力符合设计要求,并且卸荷阀内部油路畅通无阻、组件性能正常等。The fault that quick-acting shutoff time of throttle valve is prolonged while turbine tripping or shut-down happened in many power plants, especially during the commissioning course of the new units. The security system of ND83/83/07-1 steam turbine being used as examples, the fault mechanism that quick-acting shutoff time is prolonged, and unloading valve operation principle were analyzed and investigated. These were explained further by means of specific examples. The study results show such a fact, that is, the necessary conditions which throttle valve quick-acting can come true normally are that emergency tripping oil route works well, controlling performance of actuator magnetic valve is all right, pretightening force of valve spool spring accords with the design request, oil route inside unloading valve is smooth and its module performance is all in good condition.
