摘　　要：本文通过解读《新安名族志》力图揭示传统徽州社会对秩序的重视。确立秩序的主要依据是文化背景和官秩,这使徽州社会形成了良好的文化氛围,徽州商人亦秉承其文化精神在中国商业舞台上确立了自己的一席之地。《新安名族志》的编撰过程体现了立序标准的确立、立序主体的作为以及该志的文化内涵。Records of Great Clans in Xin＇an is a book which opened out people in this area and attached importance to construct an order. Main basis were cultural background and official rank. It made Huizhou＇s society form good culture atmosphere. Merchants in Huizhou received this cultural spirit as well and established their status in Chinese commercial stage. Compilation process of Records of Great Clans in Xin＇an materialized establishment of standard of order, behaviors of biography personality and cultural meaning of this book.
