摘 要:研究了混合导体透氧膜材料SrFeCo0.5O3-δ(SFCO)用于焦炉煤气(COG)部分氧化重整制氢的可行性。在不同浓度CH4条件下进行了重整实验,利用SEM技术对重整实验前后透氧膜SFCO的表面形貌进行了观察,通过XRD研究了SFCO材料在重整实验前后和不同气氛处理下的相成分变化。研究结果表明,在甲烷条件下,SFCO透氧膜片的透氧量达到了5ml.cm-2.min-1。纯甲烷重整气氛下可稳定工作的SFCO透氧膜反应器,通入富氢焦炉煤气(约含57%H2)后SFCO膜片破裂。焦炉煤气重整实验后的SFCO透氧膜重整侧出现金属Fe及少量Sr4Fe3O10-x相,空气侧则出现了Co及少量Fe、Sr4Fe3O10-x相。SFCO透氧膜材料粉体在5%CH4/Ar,5%H2/Ar及5%COG/Ar气氛下进行了气氛处理,并用XRD对处理后的物相进行了检测。由透氧实验现象及气氛处理的检测结果可知,在焦炉煤气等含高H2的原料气氛下,透氧膜材料SFCO更容易被还原破坏。透氧膜材料SFCO不适合用于富氢焦炉煤气部分氧化重整制氢的膜反应器。The possibility of producing hydrogen by partial-oxidation of coke-oven gas (COG) with mixed conductor SrFeCo0.5O3-δ oxygen permeable membrane was studied with partial oxidation experiments under different CH4 concentration. The surface micrograph of the materials before and after reforming trials was observed by SEM. The phase variation was analyzed by XRD for the materials treated in corresponding gas. Under CH4 mood, the quantity of oxygen permeation was 5ml·cm^-2· min^-1. The experiment results showed that the SFCO membrane reactor which could be stably operated in pure methane would be cracked in H2-rich COG (about 57%H2 ). For the SFCO membrane surface after COG-reforming, the metal-Fe phase and little Sr4Fe3O10-x phase appeared on the reforming side and the metal-Co, Fe and Sr4Fe3O10-x phase appeared on the atmosphere side. SFCO materials was treated in 5%CHa/Ar, 5%H2/Ar and 5%COG/Ar respectively, and the phase was analyzed by XRD. Results of the oxygen permeation trial and gas treated experiments testified that the SFCO material was easily damaged in H2 - rich COG and it was not suitable for COG- reforming reactor.
